Tuesday Club training is open to all U6 to U17 athletes, it runs from 4.45-6.30pm including warm up and pack up, and is delivered by our team of junior and senior coaches.
The focus of these training sessions is on skill development from beginners to intermediate level. All athletes start with a warm-up lap involving dynamic exercises and stretches before moving onto drills then break up into groups for two sessions of skills training.
Thursday Cub training is for U11 to U17 athletes with more experience, it runs from 4.45-6pm and is delivered by specialist and senior coaches
We are finalising specialist coaching availability and anticipate being able to offer hurdles, long & triple jump, middle distance, race walking, sprints and throws. These sessions offer more technical coaching to our older athletes who choose to undertake just one event group during the training session.
